Haha, The website of them is http://www.paypal.com-reviews-access-account.limited/

it said my account had been limited,

and all what they were doing was urging me to log in their website! lol

"Log in to your Paypal account as soon as possible" 

And wow! see what they had made? the icon was exactly the same!!

and their words seems as official as the real one,

and it even had those links and words typed at the end of the email!

But, sorry, your website was not the same as the original

and this is your biggest flaw!!!
